The Dimitris Karetsos Tournament 2022 was conducted in Athens, Greece during 16-25 September 2022. Total of 435 Entries and re-entries by 155 athletes, where of 28 were women, bowled during the week.
After four steps of the final then it came down to stepladder, and results in the stepladder as follows:

Ioannis Xydas, Greece 247 going forward
Ioannis Zydas, Greece 257 going forward
Anastasios Exarhou, Greece 225 3rd place
Ioannis Xydas, Greece 278 – winner
Evaggelos Krizinis, Greece 266 – second place
The highest woman became Cynthia Duca, Malta, but she did win the last Dimitris Karetsos tournament in 2019.
There were no change of the leaders in the tour ranking men or women, in the men’s ranking Kim Bolleby, Sweden is leading, and in the women’s ranking it is Anna Andersson, Sweden
