Tournament Classifications

National Tournaments
If a tournament is open for players only from the national federation, where the tournament takes place, approval is needed from the national federation only.

National Open Tournaments
If a tournament is open for players from the national federation, where the tournament takes place and in addition not more than three other EBF member federations, approval is needed from the national federation only.

EBF Tournaments
If a tournament is open for players from five or more EBF member federations, approval is needed from the national federation and EBF.

IBF Tournaments
If a tournament is open for players from two or more Zones, approval is needed from the national federation, EBF and IBF.
